In another scientific attempt, Dr. Hozan Latif and M. Zhuwan Namq published a new study entitled "Higher Education in Iraqi Kurdistan: Rethinking Psychological Principles in Student-Centred Learning Approach" in a prestigious international journal called "The Independent Institute of Education" with an impact factor of 0.562 and indexed in Web of Science.
