Notice regarding summer internships

Hello dear students,

Please be informed that some students have not yet collected their training letters. The deadline for registration, changing your training location, or returning the refusal letter is 2024/7/1. After this date, students will not be eligible to participate in the summer training. Please do not visit us for registration after this date.

Please note the following:

The duration of the summer training requires direct attendance and must be at least 100 hours.

Each student will be assigned a scientific supervisor who will visit and contact you during the summer internship. Please download the WhatsApp application on your mobile phones for quick communication.

After completing the summer internship, each student must prepare a detailed report on their participation and submit it to the scientific supervisor.

Notice:

Students must return the attendance and feedback package, appointment letter, resignation letter, and report to the institute through their supervising teacher after completing the summer internship.

Each student must submit their report individually, not in groups.

The report must not be handwritten; it should be prepared on the template we provided.

The appointment letter must indicate the date of appointment.

The resignation letter must indicate that the student has completed 100 hours of training.
